During the press conference of December 18, new stricter COVID-19 measures have been announced by the Dutch government. It is not yet clear what this means for the amateur tournaments of the Tata Steel Chess Tournament. The organising committee will now deliberate and announce the decision regarding the amateur tournaments as soon as possible.
Tijdens de persconferentie van 18 december zijn er helaas nieuwe strengere coronamaatregelen aangekondigd. Het is nog niet duidelijk wat het precies betekent voor de amateurtoernooien van het Tata Steel Chess Tournament. Als organisatie zullen we zo spoedig mogelijk laten weten wat voor invloed dit heeft en komen daar zo spoedig mogelijk op terug.
